Process of maintenance
1. Receive－File customers’ products.
2. Examine－Check the failure of products.
3. Quote－Give the quotation for customers after examining.
4. Repair or Return－The goods will be repaired or returned
based on whether the customers can accept the quotation.
5. Warranty－The same failure is guaranteed for three months
after repairing.
